New Learning Vision had long needed to refresh their site. They were still utilizing flash in their training modules, and with the sunsetting of flash, they reached out to me to analyze their platform and give it a refresh.
I worked with David and his business partner to define the user’s journey for purchasing.
We were also able to map out once a user had a login and how they would access all their videos and lessons, from beginning to end.
This was a fun project to explore the possibilities and when his contractor for the logo disappeared, we were even able to work through a logo which aligned with the rest of the site.

Part of the problem, persisted in the purchasing. When talking with user’s of the site, improving process for purchasing a lesson was a big complaint.
Through analytics, we could see they would add products but when it came time to pay, there were drop-offs throughout the process.








Our goal was to simplify the purchasing experience. We decided to make it easier by removing unnecessary items from the workflow.
A user always knew where they were and could easily see what was being purchased along the way.
There were many improvements we still wanted to make on the filtering and video features.
The wishlist feature would need more robust features, like sharing a wishlist with others.
