Being it’s used so often it made sense it would take some time to fix it the right way.

Addressing the goal

Distribion made it easy to have access to our super-users. They fell in two major roles, sales person who sent the emails or marketer who created the templates.

With this project we mainly wanted to focus on simplifying the marketers painpoints in creating templates for the user.

 

Through a combination of analytics we installed on the platforms and through user interviews we learned some key things to focus on:

  • Marketers struggled with the Email editor having too many items at once.
  • The platform had customizations with the profiles, there were some disconnect with which ones were being pulled into the templates.
  • Based on the click tracking, saw to many things were being clicked which currently weren’t clickable in the tool.
